Article 6.2 · Cast-consent warranty (buyer)
For every cloned voice, the buyer warrants that they hold written consent from each cast member sufficient to clone that voice from the master and to distribute it in the relevant target language(s) and territory(ies). This is the rights flow a distributor already controls through the licensing chain.
Article 7.1 · Original cast only (Fonti Studio)
Fonti Studio clones original cast voices from the buyer's master only. We do not clone the voices of local dub actors, voice artists, or any third party not contractually part of the cast on the master. This commitment is binding and non-negotiable, and it keeps deliveries clear of the 2025 Berlin ruling and the Italian ANAD clause.
Article 11.2 · AI-use disclosure
We ship an AI-use disclosure in every deliverable on request: an imperceptible audio watermark in dub audio and a header comment in subtitle source files, so the distributor can meet EU AI Act Article 50 obligations downstream.
Revisions and delivery times
Genuine defects are always fixed free, with a three-business-day re-delivery target; one consolidated editorial revision round per language is included with every order. Delivery targets and support response times are in the SLA.
